ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Citizenship & Domicile: Indian citizen and permanent resident of Assam (PRC for education/employment exchange registration acceptable).
- Educational Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering from an AICTE-recognized institute.
- Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):

- Complete One Time Registration (OTR) → verify email & mobile.
- Login → fill application form for JE (PHE).

- All semester/year marksheets & Diploma certificate
- Age proof (HSLC/HS Admit/Pass/Marksheet)
- Caste/EWS (if applicable), PwBD certificate (if applicable)
- PRC or Employment Exchange Registration
- Declaration Form-A (Small Family Norms)
- Photo & Signature (50–200 KB each; recent < 3 months)
