ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Nationality: Indian Citizen or as per Government of India eligibility norms. 

Age Limit: * Grade A: 21 to 30 years * Grade B: 25 to 33 years (Age relaxation as per Govt. rules) Educational Qualification & Experience:

Assistant Manager (Grade A)	Graduation in Commerce/ Engg./ Statistics/ MBA/ CA/ CS/ CFA etc. (60% marks)	2 years in credit/lending/consulting roles in relevant sectors
Manager (Grade B) – General	Graduate/PG in any discipline with 60% marks	5 years in RBI, SEBI, AIFIs, Banks or NBFCs
Manager (Grade B) – Legal	Bachelor’s in Law (50%)	5 years legal work in Banking/PSU/Financial Sector
Manager (Grade B) – IT	B.E./B.Tech. in IT/CS/ECE or MCA with 60%	5 years in IT/Development/AI/ML/Security/Infrastructure

No. Only one application per candidate is allowed. Multiple applications will be rejected. 

2. What is the salary for SIDBI Grade A and Grade B officers?
Grade A: Approx. ₹1,00,000 per month Grade B: Approx. ₹1,15,000 per month 

3. Is experience mandatory for Grade A?
Yes, except for MBA/PGDM/CA/CS candidates. Others must have 2 years of relevant experience. 

4. What is the mode of selection?
