Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Citizenship and Residency

  • Must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
  • Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
  • Required Document: Upload a valid Domicile Certificate (e.g., PRC).

2. Character Certificate

  • Candidates must provide a certificate of good character from two respectable persons who are well-acquainted but not related to the candidate.
  • Required Document: Upload the character certificate.

3. Educational Qualification

  • BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Production Engineering.
  • Required Documents:
    • Upload all semester/year mark sheets reflecting the subjects.
    • Upload the final pass certificate.

4. Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in a Senior Managerial/Supervisory position in:
    • Government/Semi-Government/Corporation/Board, or
    • Private/Semi-Private organizations, preferably in Production Management or Production Engineering.
  • Required Document: Upload relevant experience certificates.

5. Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

  • Minimum Age: 45 years.
  • Maximum Age: 52 years.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: Up to 57 years (5 years relaxation).
    • OBC/MOBC: Up to 55 years (3 years relaxation).
    • PwBD: Up to the maximum age of retirement, irrespective of category.
  • Age Proof:
    • Upload Class-X/Class-XII Admit Card, Pass Certificate, or Marksheet issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council reflecting the Date of Birth (DOB).
    • No other document will be accepted for age verification.

6. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)

  • Candidates with at least 40% relevant disability are eligible to apply under the PwBD category.
  • Required Document: Upload a disability certificate issued by a competent authority.
  • Note: Since no posts are reserved for PwBD, they will compete with other candidates without reservation benefits.

7. Government Employees

  • Candidates in regular government service must upload:
    • A certificate proving employment issued by the competent authority, or
    • A No Objection Certificate (NOC) for pay protection or continuation of service.
  • Required Document: Upload relevant certificates.

8. Small Family Norms

  • Candidates must submit a Declaration Form-A regarding compliance with the Small Family Norms as per Govt. Notification No. ABP.69/2019/17 dated 6th November 2019.

How to Apply

    • Use a valid and active email address for registration.
  2. Login and Provide OTR Details:

    • After logging in, provide details such as:
      • Personal Information

      • Work Experience
      • Photo (50 KB–200 KB, not older than 3 months)
      • Signature (50 KB–200 KB)
    • Download the OTR details after submission.
  3. Fill the Application Form:

    • Access the Applicant Section → Apply Section to fill the application form.
    • Ensure all mandatory fields (marked with *) are completed.
    • Upload documents (e.g., DOB, qualifications, experience) in PDF format (max 2 MB, 200 dpi grayscale).
  4. Preview and Submit:

Candidates shortlisted for the Personal Viva-Voce Interview must produce the following original documents along with self-attested copies:

  1. Class-X/Class-XII Admit Card, Pass Certificate, or Marksheet (for age proof).
  2. Certificates and Marksheets from HSLC onwards up to the qualifying degree.
  3. Degree/Diploma Certificate or provisional certificate with mark sheets.
  4. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC, issued by competent authority).

  6. Declaration Form-A (Small Family Norms).
