Detailed Scope of Work
Each position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of MGNREGA in Assam. Below is a summary of the responsibilities:
Senior State Program Manager:
- Oversee the overall implementation of MGNREGA.
- Prepare Annual Action Plans and Micro Plans.
- Monitor the scheme and manage human resources.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, and other stakeholders to ensure Assam’s performance remains top-tier.
State Program Executives (Finance, Accounts, and Procurement):
- Handle all financial operations, including Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and SNA Sparsha/DBT.
- Prepare the Labor Budget under MGNREGA.
- Ensure compliance with financial and procurement protocols.
Quality Control Officer:
- Monitor assets created under MGNREGA via Management Information System (MIS) and field visits.
- Assess the quality of assets and prepare reports.
- Oversee issues related to Ombudspersons, Project Unnati, and ensure 90–95 days of unskilled labor wages for PMAY-G beneficiaries.
Eligibility Criteria
