1. Contractual Assistant Fitter

  • Number of Posts: 4
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Educational Qualification:
      • Class 10th passed from a Government Recognized Education Board.
      • Trade certificate in Fitter trade from a Government Recognized Institute.
    • Work Experience:
      • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in:
        • Operation and maintenance of Reciprocating Compressor/Pump.
        • Operation and maintenance of gas pipeline jobs.
        • Maintenance of mechanical workshop setup.
        • Installation/maintenance of crude oil storage tanks in Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/Public/Private Organizations providing service to E&P companies.
    • Age Limit (as on the date of registration):
      • Minimum: 18 years
      • Maximum: General (30 years), OBC-NCL (33 years), SC/ST (35 years)
    • Job Responsibilities:
      • Perform preventive, troubleshooting, and breakdown maintenance of gas engine-driven reciprocating gas compressor packages, motor-driven screw air compressors, and diesel-driven air compressors.
      • Ensure knowledge of spares/parts/fitting requirements for maintenance tasks.
      • Adhere to company policies, HSE procedures, and relevant regulations for safety.
  • Contractual Emolument:
    • Fixed Emolument: ₹21,450 per month (based on attendance, including paid leave and holidays).
    • Variable Emolument: ₹825 per day for each working day.

      • Maximum: General (45 years), OBC-NCL (48 years), SC/ST (50 years)
    • Job Responsibilities:
      • Oversee preventive, troubleshooting, and breakdown maintenance of gas engine-driven reciprocating gas compressor packages, motor-driven screw air compressors, and diesel-driven air compressors.
      • Manage daily tasks, create schedules, and ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs.
      • Prepare reports, track progress, and provide daily updates to OIL representatives.
      • Act as a liaison between contract employees and OIL representatives.
      • Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Contractual Emolument:
    • Fixed Emolument: ₹24,960 per month (based on attendance, including paid leave and holidays).
    • Variable Emolument: ₹960 per day for each working day.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must attend the Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment at the specified venue. The process is as follows:

  1. Registration:
    • Candidates must register at the venue between 07:00 A.M. to 09:00 A.M. on the scheduled date.
    • No registrations will be allowed beyond this time.
  2. Documents Required:
    • One recent 3cm x 3cm colored photograph.
    • Original and self-attested photocopies of:
      • Valid Identity Proof and Address Proof from a Competent Government Authority.
      • Class 10 Admit Card, Marksheet, and Pass Certificate.
      • Documents/Certificates/Testimonials of essential qualifications and work experience.
      • Valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, or EWS Certificate, if applicable.
      • Valid Disability Certificate or Ex-Servicemen Discharge Book, if applicable.
      • No-Objection Certificate from the current employer, if applicable.
  3. Selection Process:
    • Candidates will undergo a Walk-in-Practical/Skill Test cum Personal Assessment.
    • A minimum of 50% marks is required to pass.
    • Final selection will be based on merit as per the marks obtained in the test/assessment.

  • Contract Duration: Initially 6 months, extendable by another 6 months based on performance, conduct, medical fitness, and departmental requirements (maximum 1 year).
