Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Manager (Electrical) position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

| Minimum Eligibility | Officials holding: (i) Posts in analogous grade (Level-8) in the relevant discipline, OR (ii) Substantive posts in Level-7 in the relevant discipline, OR (iii) Posts in analogous grade IDA E-2 (Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/-) in the relevant discipline, OR (iv) Posts carrying grade IDA E-1 (Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000/-) for four years. |
| Preference | Candidates with experience in construction and Traction Distribution (TRD) organizations will be given preference. |
Note: The cut-off date for age and eligibility is reckoned as on the closing date of the vacancy notice.
