1. Driver

Number of Posts: 5

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th passed from a recognized board.
  • Valid Driving License for driving heavy vehicles.
  • Knowledge of Motor Mechanism.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience.

2. Food Bearer

Number of Posts: 2
Place of Posting: Delhi & NCR
Consolidated Fees: Rs. 20,930/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th passed/Matriculate from a recognized board.
  • Certificate of training in food hygiene and safety from a certified agency (e.g., Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Pusa, New Delhi, or certified by National Skill Development Corporation).
• Experience: At least 1 year as a Bearer cum Waiter/Utility Worker in a catering establishment, food outlet, or culinary service in a hospital/hotel.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Medical Requirements: Refer to Annexure A for medical examination and vaccination guidelines (detailed below).

3. Radiotherapy Technician

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Option 1: B.Sc. in Radiotherapy Technology (3-year course) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute approved by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, with 2 years’ experience in operating Radiotherapy equipment in an established center.
  • Option 2: Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology (2-year course) or equivalent from a recognized institution approved by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, with 3 years’ experience in operating Radiotherapy equipment in an established center.

4. EMT Technician

Number of Posts: 3
Place of Posting: Delhi & NCR
Consolidated Fees: Rs. 25,506/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
  • EMT-Basic/EMT-Advanced Certification from institutes approved by the Health Sector Skill Council under the National Skill Development Programme of Govt. of India, OR
  • Pre-Hospital Trauma Technician certification from institutes approved by the Directorate General of Health Services, Govt. of India.
• Roles and Responsibilities: Transfer and care of patients in hospital ambulances as per shift requirements.

5. Cook

Number of Posts: 1
Place of Posting: Delhi & NCR
Consolidated Fees: Rs. 20,930/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • 10th passed/Matriculate from a recognized board.
  • Certificate of training as Cook/Halwai in food hygiene and safety from a certified agency.
• Experience: Adequate experience in preparing Indian/Western dishes and work experience as a Cook/Halwai in a catering establishment, hospital, or hotel.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Medical Requirements: Refer to Annexure A for medical examination and vaccination guidelines (detailed below).

6. Electrician

Number of Posts: 1
Place of Posting: NCI Jhajjar, AIIMS
Consolidated Fees: Rs. 25,506/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
  • ITI Diploma Certificate in Electrician Trade (minimum 2-year course from a recognized institute).
  • 10th pass or equivalent.

7. PCM (Patient Care Manager)

Number of Posts: 4
Place of Posting: Delhi & NCR
Consolidated Fees: Rs. 30,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences with a full-time Postgraduate Qualification in Hospital (or Healthcare) Management from a recognized university.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a hospital after acquiring the aforementioned qualifications.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient care coordinators and ensure full attendance, arranging replacements if needed.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for issues reported by Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs).
  • Manage patient movement from waiting areas to respective OPDs in batches.
  • Oversee process implementation.
• Age Limit: Not more than 40 years on the date of joining.

8. OT Technologist

Number of Posts: 12
Place of Posting: Delhi & NCR
Consolidated Fees: Rs. 33,580/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
  • B.Sc. in Anesthesia & Operation Theatre Technologist, OR
  • B.Sc. in OT Technology or Anesthesia Technology from a recognized university/institute.

Annexure A: Medical Examination and Vaccination Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to Food Bearer and Cook positions to ensure health and hygiene standards:

Medical Examination:

• Hemoglobin Percentage (HB%)
• Liver Function Test (LFT)
• Widal Test
• Hepatitis A (Total Antibody Test)
• Deworming
• Stool Examination (Routine/Microscopy)
• Stool Culture and Sensitivity (C/S) for detection of carrier state

Vaccination Requirements:

• Hepatitis A: Two doses at 0 and 6 months.
• Hepatitis B:
  • If previously vaccinated, antibody titers are checked.
  • If required, a booster dose is administered.
  • Standard schedule: 0 months, 1 month, and 6 months.
• Typhoid (Conjugate Vaccine):
  • One dose every 10 years.
  • Booster doses may be recommended.

Selection Process

3. Preference may be given to candidates with higher marks or greater relevant experience, as decided by the client.
